Description

SoM370 series is an industrial core board designed with the Rockchip RK3562J/RK3562 processor, featuring a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 and a single-core ARM Cortex-M0, with a main frequency of up to 2.0GHz.

The core board utilizes LCC stamp holes and LGA packaging to expose interfaces such as MAC, GMAC, PCIe 2.1, USB 3.0, CAN, UART, SPI, MIPI CSI, MIPI DSI, RGB, and LVDS. It also features a built-in 1TOPS NPU, Mali-G52-2EE GPU, and a 13M ISP. It supports 1080P@60fps H.264 video encoding and 4K@30fps H.265 video decoding. The core board has undergone professional PCB layout and high and low temperature testing, supports optional shielding cover, and has stable and reliable quality to meet the requirements of various industrial application environments.
